Wow...

February 08, 2010, 09:24:52 PM by Avegaille

Haven't update this place in a while... with so many things to do, I don't know where to start... but rejoice because one of my FLists got a major update in its pages... The Railgun FL and the update is the Characters page. Yes, there's quite a lot of characters in this series that its Character Page is that huge... (and also no longer dial-up friendly... ;.;)

Since I got wireless internet, it is quite impossible for me to see if it won't lag too much for dial-up users... at least there's a warning before they click that link.

As for GPXPlus, due to the new beta testing of its new layout (which I've tested and approve of) mass-clicking will no longer require the techniques you see below... and instead will solely rely on SnapLinks.

The Online User List as well as the Party Page has the option where you can see those tiny little sprites of the Pokemon of users who clicked you or who you want to click. Just give all those a drag at SnapLinks and you're all set in mass clicking.

Oh, I also plan to put up more new wallpapers with the influx release of Railgun scans... Railgun is currently at Episode 19 by this Friday/Saturday... so... only a few more to go.

More on GPXPlus Mass clicking

Now that the "Open all Pokemon in new windows" is available in the user pages, it almost makes SnapLinks sort of not useful anymore, right? Well, you can still use it for going through the Online User list... if you're lazy about clicking them.

Also, before you click that "Open all Pokemon in New Tabs" option, you have to do a little tweaking in Firefox, unless of course, you want to press Crtl+Tab after every tab open to go back to where you were. This instruction comes from one of the admins of the site, Jeff.

1. Type in the address bar: about:config,
2. Then, search for : browser.tabs.loadDivertedInBackground, and set it to "true" by double clicking it or something.
3. You're all set.

But if you're feeling REALLY lazy in using that mouse, the Accessibility Options found in Control Panel can help you with that. This is only applicable for Windows XP, I think. If it works for Vista too, I guess that's great.

1. In Classic Mode for Control Panel, go to Accessibility Options.
2. Look for the Mouse tab and check on "Use Mouse Keys"
3. Click "Options" and set it that it works when NumLock is off.
4. Press 5 on the NumPad (make sure there's no light/it's off) and happy Crtl+Tab and NumPad 5 clicking.

Site Updates.

First off, my fanlisting, as well as this site got some updates. Well, the TAMNI page has some updates, as well as the wallpapers from the last update being added finally to the Wallpapers section.

Second, since the GPXPlus Greasemonkey script is no longer available at the original source, I decided to host the script here, not like it'll take a lot of bandwidth anyway. Here is it. But if the link doesn't work, c/p the code you see below to Notepad and save as .js and load it up on Greasemonkey's options.

Remember this script is from a former GPXPlus member, Shirogane. No, it doesn't block ads or any of that crap, it'll just automatically scroll you to what you want to see, it's a win-win situation for both, and a good tool for mass clickers.

GPXPlus Stuff.

So, I heard you liked mass clicking at GPXPlus, or at least want to try it?

Here are the things you need:

- Firefox 3.5.5
- Greasemonkey (add-on for Firefox)
- Snap Links (add-on for Firefox)
- Fast internet connection (somewhere around 1 mbps or more will do)
- Learn the commands Ctrl+Tab and Ctrl+W

1. Install Firefox, once you do, install the Greasemonkey add-on and the Snap Links add on, which can be found here:

Greasemonkey Add-on
http://downloads.mozdev.org/snaplinks/ (Be sure to get the November 2009 one)

2. Once you have those add-ons, first you'll need to install a Greasemonkey script that will make your page viewing much easier and needs no scrolling (sort of).

This is a script a former GPXPlus user made, Shirogane... that's her, and this is the link: GPXPlus Greasemonkey Script

Note that this script is a bit glitchy towards nicknamed Pokemon, who knows why, but you can edit the script to match your needs. Oh and if that link doesn't work anymore, I'll host it somewhere where you can download...

3. After you got the script, you're ready to start the mass clicking process. Go to the Users Online page, using the right button of your mouse, drag over a couple of users... I recommend at least 10-15... and press Ctrl+W.

4. Now you loaded the pages, do the same right-dragging process of drawing a box over the Pokemon you see, just press on Ctrl+W and do the same to the rest of the pages until you get to a Pokemon page.

5. Now that you're in a Pokemon page, everything else that follows is also a Pokemon page, click on whatever you need to click to, just press Ctrl+Tab, do the same for the rest, until you get back to where you started, and this is where you press Ctrl+W.

There you have it, the mass clicking process mass clickers have been doing for the past months... o_O I am not sure if they have Greasemonkey on, but meh, it'll make your life easier, trust me. Oh, btw, this technique is not for you if you're looking for the Little Man, Treasure Chest or Manaphy. Unless you wait for each click you do per Pokemon/Egg, you might have a chance.

Oh, in one hour, you can cover up at least 1,000+ interactions, if you're in the connection I mentioned.

As you can see, this site has some slight updates, as well as the link exchange thing. Only a few more pages left.

For the wallpapers, you'll see the TAMNI and Railgun fandom in it... go to the page to see details about it... until then, I'm off... XD
